In recent years Mark has provided stress and trauma response to blue chip clients in a diverse range of industries. In addition to his role at Clarity Mark runs his own psychotherapy practice in London and Yorkshire.
Whilst working in the UK, Sandy was an Accredited MBACP psychotherapist and EMDR Approved Consultant and was on the EMDR UK & Ireland Executive Council. She also presented at EMDR workshops, trained and supervised other therapists, ran a busy team of telephone and face to face counsellors, and founded an EAP that thrived for five years before she left to move to Canada.
Sandy has been based in Canada since 2010 where she is a Registered Clinical Counsellor and has dual certification as an EMDR/EMDRIA Approved Consultant in Europe, UK & Ireland, and the United States and Canada.
She works with a wide variety of clients, as a trainer, a clinical supervisor and as a travelling trauma consultant.
In addition to her current training and consultancy roles she is a member of the Red Cross psycho-social support team responding to incidents overseas with the UK's Foreign & Commonwealth Office.
For twelve years Ian was the principal responder for the Star Alliance in the UK. At one point he was responsible for post incident management for a quarter of all air traffic into the UK.
Ian has trained scores of major organisations in incident management preparation and response both inside and outside the world of Aviation. Clients have included the British Banking Association, the Association of Train Operating Companies and the British Army.
He brings to his courses not only his tremendous experience and expertise, but also a dry sense of humour which has helped to make him a well-known and popular trainer.
Julian's experience ranges from training local soldiers in Sierra Leone, leading students on jungle and mountaineering expeditions to being responsible for the safety and incident support systems of one of the world's leading educational travel businesses.

Since 1996 Adam has trained CEOs, Government ministers and senior managers in blue chip businesses as well as Public Sector and Third Sector organisations in Europe, the USA, the Middle East and Africa.
Adam can regularly be heard presenting the BBC's Wake Up to Money programme and business news on Radio 5 Live Drive, Victoria Derbyshire and Richard Bacon. He also contributes to Radio 4 News bulletins, You & Yours, The News Channel and BBC World.
He is the Senior Partner at a busy Yorkshire Surgery. A highly experienced General Practitioner Tim has been the elected Chair of Sheffield's NHS Clinical Commissioning Group since 2011.
